Which domain extension should I choose?
For a company in Germany, .de is usually the first choice. .com works well internationally, and .eu or .shop can be good additions. Many companies register several extensions.
How do I transfer my domain to you?
Ask your current provider for the transfer code, enter your domain in the transfer form and choose “Transfer”. Complete the order and add the transfer code when asked. We handle the rest.
Where do I get the transfer code?
Your current provider issues the transfer code (also called auth code), usually in their customer area or on request. Make sure the domain is unlocked for the transfer.
Can I use email with my domain?
Yes. With any hosting plan you get business email addresses with your own domain, such as info@yourcompany.com.
