Frequently asked questions
Is the migration really free?
Yes. We copy your website, email accounts and domain settings at no extra cost. All we need are the login details for your current hosting.
Will my website be offline during the migration?
No. We copy and test everything first and only switch your domain over when the website works on our servers.
How long does a migration take?
Most websites are moved within a few working days. We tell you when to expect it as soon as we have looked at your current setup.
How do I transfer my domain to you?
Ask your current provider for the transfer code, enter your domain in the transfer form and choose “Transfer”. Complete the order and add the transfer code when asked. We handle the rest.
